Meaningful change starts with consistency.
Every week, members of the Second Wind community gather for adaptive climbing and sports training sessions across Ukraine. These activities help improve strength, balance, coordination, and endurance while supporting adaptation to life with a prosthesis.
But training is never just about sports. It is about connection, encouragement, and belonging. It is about finding motivation, setting new goals, and returning to a place where people support one another.
This is where confidence is rebuilt — one climb at a time.
